We had McCurdy Roofing replace a metal roof in December 2016. We have had problems with leaking ever since. He came out the first time and said that there was one screw missing and that caused the problem, the second time, he denied any problem with the roof. We have had other roofers tell us that the wrong screws were used and there was no closure under the roof cap.
