They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Every time I call MCCULLOUGH PHARMACY INC I get my questions very quickly! They have some of the best customer service I've ever seen! They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
