I had McCullough Tree Services remove one large nuisance oak and significantly trim three other mature oaks, and they exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The office was great to work with. They may not always answer the phone immediately, but they got back to me very quickly every time. I would not recommend McCullough Tree Service to any homeowners wanting to have a palm tree purchased and planted by this company. Their arborist, Blair Hadley suggested a replacement palm for our home and that was the last time we heard from him. They delivered the new palm and it was installed by a worker who told us he had not done this before and spent the day planting and stabilizing it. A few days ago we called McCullough Tree Service to ask about removing two very large Norfolk Island pine trees and trim the Oak Tree that was almost touching the Pine trees on our property. The company sent out a certified arborist by the name of Karen. She explained everything that would need to be done and answered many questions I had patiently without rushing. McCullough tree service is an honest and professional company. They could have made a lot of money by removing a tree that my husband and I thought was dead but Instead just told us how to help it because they felt like we could save it. Karen was helpful and kind and they didn’t even charge me for coming out. They were also a recommendation from someone who had a great experience with them.
Excellent is an understatement. Quoted a reasonable price by Karen for my Norfolk triple stem tree that was 50+ foot. It was also at an awkward angle grazing my fence so it was a bit nerve racking to see if it would fall in the right direction. The guys were QUICK and reliable! Came exactly when they said they would, done in about 3 hours and cleaned up like nothing happened. Wouldn’t even bother to go with another company. So glad I trusted them and went with them. wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them whole heartedly.
