My husband and I are actively looking for our next home. Cash reserves, flexible timing. Thinking custom may be the way to go... the "sales" woman at the North Aurora office was appalling. Flat out rude to us from the moment we walked in the door. No smiles, no "hi, my name is" but, instead... "shoes off or booties on" - "we're a year out from builds" - "I'll need tour info here." We lobbed her a few softballs... we'd driven the area and had spotted 2 lots we'd consider. I can't even begin to describe how nasty she was.... d... read more
Do not trust these builders. We have had 2 complaints of pipes on the side of our house bursting into the neighbors yard/street. Our basement pipes started heavily leaking and completely destroyed my home gym in the basement. There are outlets with no wiring, doors that don't close properly. showers that barley function...heck even our island in the kitchen moves if you lean on it. I will forever tell people to avoid these builders and what has happened to our home.
