Tenant since 2019. Poorly maintained boat ramp. Constant water supply issues. Well pump constantly breaks and frequent EColi breakouts.
Everyone here is super friendly. Very pet friendly. Close-knit community on the natural beauties along the river. Everyone I've met so far are good people. While I wish it were a slightly younger demographic, friendship is friendship and company is company. I would recommend this place to anyone yearning for a deep sense of community and has a love for boatcraft.
