Not great - got my car reprogrammed and paid full price, $150. At the first pickup i asked if the reprogramming doesn't work and I need to buy another part if i could get a discount on the second reprogramming and they quoted me $50. The day before I dropped the car off the second time I called to ensure that the $50 quote was still good and they said yes $50 is what I will pay.
