I hate to leave a negative review, but after reaching out to the dealership and no one returning my calls I feel I need to share my experience. I was amazed at the availability of the entire team, all the way to the owners. Super friendly and a family atmosphere. They made the purchase of my Bronco super smooth. I saw it on the lot Sunday, and by 10AM Monday, we closed the deal. BJ is super cool! What I like best is that it is a family business, not a corporate dealer, so they know customer care is super important. Their genuineness showed it. Never once did I feel like I was being sold. After the service department first tried to charge us to figure out why they're $550 Repair did not work on one of our fleet vehicles. and then refusing to honor their warranty on a new vehicle we bought from them, we will be going out of town from now on. Ford really needs to vet who they allow to buy a dealership.
