I do not recommend Ford in Madison, Indiana. I purchased my truck directly from this dealership and later took it back four separate times while it was still under warranty because I knew something was wrong. Each time, they told me they could not find anything wrong with it. I finally took my truck to another Ford dealership, where they diagnosed the problem and confirmed that the turbos were bad. Not great - got my car reprogrammed and paid full price, $150. At the first pickup i asked if the reprogramming doesn't work and I need to buy another part if i could get a discount on the second reprogramming and they quoted me $50. The day before I dropped the car off the second time I called to ensure that the $50 quote was still good and they said yes $50 is what I will pay.
