I was amazed at the availability of the entire team, all the way to the owners. Super friendly and a family atmosphere. They made the purchase of my Bronco super smooth. I saw it on the lot Sunday, and by 10AM Monday, we closed the deal. BJ is super cool! What I like best is that it is a family business, not a corporate dealer, so they know customer care is super important. Their genuineness showed it. Never once did I feel like I was being sold. After the service department first tried to charge us to figure out why they're $550 Repair did not work on one of our fleet vehicles. and then refusing to honor their warranty on a new vehicle we bought from them, we will be going out of town from now on. Ford really needs to vet who they allow to buy a dealership.
Where folks don't get enough credit for excellent customer service this day and age .. I have to commend two young ladies in the service department, Brianna and Desiree, for their care given to me as I had to make an emergency stop into the dealership as my jeep was almost undrivable.. Brianna had a technician drive my Jeep, he assessed the problem and it had to be left for service and Desiree was going to take me back to home since i had no ride back ..their kindness, professionalism in a business these days was truly refre... read more

Didn't get what I wanted done. Window and my sensors on my wheels. Got me free oil changes until September only reason why I go back
