Great place for storage. Good rates and location.
Units are first come first serve, you must rent for a MINIMUM of 3 months, Customer service lady I spoke to on the phone was very rude and curt. Would only recommend as a last resort.
The customer service lady from the start had the WORST attitude. She continuously gave us attitude and when we asked her to stop she hung up. We called again because we are in desperate need of a self storage and she refused to answer our calls! If you can DO NOT give your service/money to this rude lady. The WORST customer service I’ve ever received. She should be fired and not working her job if you can tell she hates it that much. Thank you, next. IF I COULD GIVE IT 0 STARS I WOULD!!!
