The entire team, beginning with John McCrorie, who came to the house to make the initial “sales call” and continuing through the furnace and AC installation with Jason’s team made us confident we would be in good hands. Office staff also very helpful. AND, 24/7, if a question or issue comes up, there’s a trained professional tech to reach by phone….might even get John himself to provide that support.
