I purchased a used Chevrolet Tahoe from Heather Sink in 2022 which is a decision I will regret for time to come. I was told that all tires on the vehicle were the factory tires. The DOT dates determined that was a lie. I wish the lies about the tires were the worst lie told to me. The vehicle had electrical problems that I had to have a specialist trace by running the entire electrical system to find it so it could be fixed. Heather and Shea are awesome. They really helped me get into a brand new car after the one I bought from there was no good. The service department sucks. Unprofessional, rude, and workers talking about upselling customers right in front of us. I gave such a high rating because of Heather and Shea. Service department would have gotten a 1 star.
All the people here are awesome. Always helpful and polite.
