I had rented a small one bedroom apartment from this company. 3 months later i had the opportunity to buy a home and had to brake my lease. I was told if by the second day of the month they would work woth me. I didnt close until the 8th day so I ended up having to pay the fine. I didnt feel it was fair at all but i did. i needed some help last year and on the call with Jeremy the first time and explained what i needed help with. i was very disappointed that Jeremy never contact me back after i left him messages. I was hoping at least he would let me know if he was busy and did not have time to help me. I was hoping to receive high quality of service just like others.
