All, This company is a big scam collecting annual service contract without performing service. I called them this month for my annual maintenance to schedule & they are scheduling for August so when I asked them if I sign a annual contract paying two services per year but i could get only one service but they get paid for two services. When I questioned them i need a service in May so called in April so if you are going to schedule for August I miss my maintenance schedule therefore the performance of the units which they do... read more
