Luke professionally executed the maintenance of our HVAC System
It was fantastic to spend so much money on something that was not installed properly. After several calls and wasting an entire day we had to message the fb customer service (don't call the company bc the receptionist is rude and nasty) we had a tech out 6 hours after promised time. We were told to call back Monday to speak with a manager. The lovely receptionist then said, we reviewed the photo. We aren't at fault. We asked to speak to the manager and was directly sent to vm. McCrea provided excellent service today….again! Elijah has been our technician the last couple of times and he is terrific. He is very knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. This time our compressor had a defective part (lol, i can’t remember the technical term Elijah shared) he fixed it in no time and we had air conditioning. Yay! Thank you McCrea and Elijah. Strongly recommend this company.
