I started with Home Depot to buy and have a new heat pump installed. Home Depot assigned the work to McCrea. In January we had McCrea install a new heat pump. All seemed well. However, when the air conditioning was turned on in May, water began dripping from our ceiling. McCrea dispatched a tech who determined they had not glued the condensate line.
