McCrea comes to my house every six months to make sure my HVAC is working well. Scott is the technician who comes regularly. He is very efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. Thank you McCrea for having such a great employee to assist us.
The system was checked fully and the Coil part needs to be changed. A consultant will be speaking with me next week.
