We remain pleased with McCrea’s customer service responses to our questions and their maintenance contract to keep our aged HVAC system operational. Over the years we see the same techs, always courteous, which imply something positive about the company work environment.
Technician arrived at scheduled time…..polite, efficient, prepared to make any adjustments…..he tested the entire system and the thermostat and did not find any problems which he reported to me before departing. Thank you for prompt arrival and very polite work.
