System maintenance done on my AC and heating. I was very satisfied with the work that was done.
Great job by Dennis M.
Two extremely competent people serviced our HVAC system systems. They were on time – – which is always appreciated. They provided helpful information about managing the filters. They accurately explained the billing system. We appreciated the quality of this interaction.
McCrea is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Kris was the project manager and Jack and Eli handled the work. From the start they cared about their pricing, the quality of work, and the results. They were just excellent in their advice as well as giving me space to research what option to choose as it was a complete air/heat install. They were flexible and walked us through the process from beginning to end. The did a fantastic job. I would never go to anyone else. I highly recommend this company.
The service man was very knowledgeable and professional during the visit. He also offered to answer questions and to address problems about my system during the year. I really appreciated this approach.
