Run... Don't walk to a better company! First, we were given a max price and when the work was done the charge was over $2000 dollars more then "max price". I called the next day to say it wasn't cooling properly. They said to give 48 hours. Before the time was up it quit working all together. Even though we paid for brand new unit they didn't change out a pump they were supposed to so they came out for free, but it took the three days in 90 degree weather to show up. I have used McCravy for many years, and also recommended to my new homeowners for their needs....they are kind people and are always on time....I have had houses that were close to closing and had to call to get the air repaired or the furnace before closing and they were always there and reasonable prices to boot!

I had a chipmunk chew my wires on my furnace and Adrian came on sunday to fix it. The next day it happened again. Adrian came and fixed it again for NO CHARGE. The next day it happened again ! Adrian came out and fixed it again NO CHARGE. I always use small local businesses when I can and this is why. They have a customer for life..Call this company if you want old fashioned customer service which large company's do not give. Also the sunday service call was cheaper than the big boy's...Bob

Dealt with them for years... – We've dealt with this firm for more than 10 years and had no problems at all with their service or attitude. As a matter of fact, they were instrumental in resolving a serious issue we had with Rheem several years ago. We have a service contract on our furnace and a/c and see either Tommy or Adrian twice a year. Sharon calls to remind us that it's time for them to come check our units and they've always come (usually calling to let us know they're on their way) when we make the appt. No one's p... read more

Horrible customer service by the OWNER I paid for a one year maintenance agreement which included 2 maintenance calls. They provided one but refused to honor the second one because 12 months had expired since I purchased the contract. So they basically took my money and then did not provide the service that I paid for. When I asked the owner if she was OK with losing an established customer because of a $60 maintenance call she actually laughed and said yes. It was ridiculous.

I asked them to honor a maintenance contract that I paid for and they refused because 12 months had passed. So basically I paid for 2 service calls and got only one. The owner laughed at me when I asked her to honor it and she said she was fine with losing a customer over it. Ridiculous!! I hope no one uses this company and maybe they will learn the importance of honoring their committments and customer service to established customers.
