Dr McCracken and Dr Nguyen are great dentist’s, all of the staff are great people except Katie in the front office, she is the wrong person for that job, someone that is not so no-it-all needs to be in that position, the doctors should think about keeping her on because she’s a liability to their company, she’s the reason I’m not going back and I’m changing my insurance. After several failed dentist visit I took my five year to this office. My son was terrified of dentists! Katie and the dental team were amazing. They were VERY gentle and went out of there way to explain everything to my son. Thank you all so much!!
