Need some brake wrong done so I dropped off my truck. Within a few hours I received a call telling me what needed to be done & I told them to go ahead & do the work. Some time had passed & I began to worry what was taking so long I received a call from one of employees letting me know one of the rotors they had got to put on my truck was bad & they was working on getting another one. Anytime you stay in touch with a customer is great thing in my book.
I had some work done and after I picked it up a few hours later, it was still doing the same thing. I had to have it towed back to them. The next day, as soon as I walked in the door, as nice as could be he listened to me. Told me the towing would be paid for. He also made it right on the bill. I was very impressed and would recommend this business to anyone. So thank yall again!
This was the best experience in a rough time! I was headed back to work and had 6 hours left to drive when my car needed attendance! I stopped here and they were wonderful. Thanks to Alvin and his coworkers I feel safe to finish my drive and would definitely recommend this business to anyone!
