Rented from them for 3 years .. they are slumlords .. The house we were rented had so may issues! I don’t know what was worse, the fact that they painted over dead roaches on the wall when we first moved in and then we later learned the house had an issues with roaches. The bathroom tub was constantly stopped up. They didn’t have the correct pipes on it so it NEVER drained! Mrs. McCoy is very money hungry and never comes to fix anything. i rent from them and Mrs McCoy is very helpful very nice, and will help where possible, great feedback and great work and rent though is 400 for a 2 bedroom house it still fits me.
