Unfortunately, while Mat was highly recommended by a friend, we did not receive attentive service. We were told the vehicle could be driven home before getting the alignment after a steering rack replacement. The car needed a tow on the way home due to a bracket not installed properly and the steering fluid cap was off. Their was a miscommunication between the mechanic and the front desk and as told to us by two other mechanics, it never should have been driven off the lot without the alignment done.
