I've gone to McCoy's for years and never had a bad experience. if anything is wrong with the material they always and without any problems fix it. And I am also a girl
I shopped at McCoy's for the first time and instantly noticed that the employees are miserable to be there. They are not helpful and huff at eachother. I placed a special order for trim and when I received it I noticed it was almost broken into two pieces! I had no more time to reorder but they should have never sent that home with me.
