Work at fulkerson good store to spot and great service
Good place to shop, but it definitely needs a new manager. For a building supply store, customers expect knowledgeable employees who can answer questions and provide assistance. Some employees do offer help, but the overall customer service needs improvement. Management needs to do a better job of training staff, keeping employees focused on customers, and ensuring the store is run professionally. It may be time for a management change.
Offered to deliver my supplies to Artesia. Friendly and efficient driver! Will use them again!
If you want good customer service I would suggest going anywhere else. Go to home depot actually. The manager is a joke here.
