After selecting our fiberglass roofing panels and loading them on our cart, one of the employees decides to jam a 2×10 board in between the 12' and 10' panels because he couldn't count them unless they were divided with a space. So he shoved a board in between the panels I hear crackles of breaking fiberglass. The employee tells me nothing broke and the crackling was just a "cart noise."...and im supposed to continue on to the checkout....yeah right! I asked him to check the panels and he pulls out a small section of the 10'... read more
I went in there with my husband and soon as we walk in there, you could see everyone with an angry face trying to avoid helping you it was our first time going there, very rude people don’t want to go in there again prefer Lowe’s. Horrible staff
