After selecting our fiberglass roofing panels and loading them on our cart, one of the employees decides to jam a 2×10 board in between the 12' and 10' panels because he couldn't count them unless they were divided with a space. So he shoved a board in between the panels I hear crackles of breaking fiberglass. The employee tells me nothing broke and the crackling was just a "cart noise."...and im supposed to continue on to the checkout....yeah right!
