McCoys Beneficial Landscaping is a poor company. Fot two years he has had a contract for a park. Lawncare etc...Whem asked why the lawn is so bad, he said the soil was just plain bad. Two years into paying fpr a lawn a he says it won't grow. That is fraud. He was paid to do.something he saus can't be done yet he takes the money. Fraud.

If given a chance, I could have shared with you that when I took over the contract, the lawn was in a very poor state. Over the time I have had the contract I brought it back to its current beautiful state despite the poor soil it was planted in. You are correct, there are some struggling brown patches in it, but these will eventually be resolved, as have all of them been over the years I have had the contract.
