Too bad 5 Stars is all I can give, it deserves 10!! Wanted to try the brisket, but it was sold out, so we got the pulled pork platter with sides of mac&cheese, and coleslaw. It was all AWESOME!! We will DEFINITELY be going back for more!!
Large meat portions. I got the half-rack of ribs which seemed more like a whole rack when I dug into them. 1lb of brisket would have been more than enough for a meal on its own, but I wanted to try a bit of everything. I missed out on the smoked turkey legs this time around, have to get there earlier in the day for those. I went for a large container of collard greens to round out that sampling. Everything tastes like what family makes at your summer BBQs without the hassle of actually having to make it yourself!
Found this place while at a wedding in Fredericksburg. Met Mr. McCoy, he couldn't have been nicer! I had their pulled pork sandwich. And I have to tell you it is the best that I've ever tasted. Cannot wait to try his ribs. Well done Mr. McCoy. Oh and by the way, I am in the BBQ business.
The BBQ is absolutely incredible and the owners are great people who provide top notch service with a smile. Their passion for quality food shines through in every bite. You definitely need to try the smoked Mac N Cheese!
The barbecue is excellent. The truck is only open on week-ends during the summer and they run out items sometimes so it is best to get there early.
The Best!!!!!! Will definitely not only be back but I'm telling everyone to stop by!!!!!
This is a great local barbecue place. A must try in Fredericksburg!
