My 15yr old Steelcase Leap Worklounge broke, I was devastated. I contacted Steelcase and they said to contact Mccoy as they were my local rep. The guys at Mccoy did a steller job, loaned me a highback Leap chair while they fixed my Worklounge, then came back to my place a few weeks later to replace the gas shock as it faulted. Tech spent 20 minutes looking for the right part to get the job done - all thumbs up!!! Steelcase for life - MccoyRockford rocks the fixits.
