My mom rented an apartment for 2 years off of these people. The whole time she was there, she had a hole in her ceiling that they wouldn't fix. When they mowedher lawn, and rock busted her front picture window, that was never repaired. In the winter her heat bill cost her $400 a month, and she couldnt even sit in her front room to watch TV. Been three years with them and I am a very happy tenant. I love living out in country. He also allowed me to have my large dogs it’s hard to find places that rent to you with large dogs hoping to have another year when it’s time to re-sign my lease they’re very understanding and work with you as long as you communicate. You guys rock
Been a tenant with Mccoys now for around 5 years and they are great landlords. I’d highly recommend them to anyone. They take care of their homes and they are nice and clean.
Great place to rent from. I had a small apartment with them and when my heating broke they fixed it in the next couple of days. The pics are from the apartment when I moved in, the place was really nice and not expensive at all
Terrible property management. Allowed waste water to drain into livable basement for 20 months. Illegally replaced their septic, with septic draining into yard and into lake behind property. Property owner took pictures of daughter. Terrible people
