High level of care and prompt at resolving issues
Wonderful office. Staff is always kind and caring and the providers are great! I love their late policies…they are the reason that I never have to wait to be seen. As a provider myself, I appreciate places that are respectful of my time and I am always careful to be respectful of theirs. Such a great addition to the county!
Incredible practice. For 15year my family has attended Bala Family Practice for medical needs. In just the first meeting with Dr. McCoy, spent more time with me than Bala did over 15yrs. Find someone who genuinely cares as this facility does for all patients.
