Jeff McCoy built our custom home, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Jeff McCoy is one of the most honest builders you'll find. He's straightforward about costs, timelines, and what to expect, so you never have to wonder whether you're getting the full story. He grew up in the business, since his dad was a custom builder too, and that lifetime of experience shows in the way he works. He's responsive when you reach out, and if a problem comes up, he takes the time to help resolve it instead of brushin... read more

Jeff McCoy built my husband and me a beautiful home in the 1990’s. It was a great and fun experience. Jeff helped us to understand the building process. I’ve heard others say that building a house was a stressful experience. I did not feel that way at all with Jeff. He was always there to explain what was going on and what needed to be done next. I highly recommend Jeff McCoy. You will not be disappointed if you choose Jeff as your builder.

McCoy Custom Homes is a builder you can trust. Jeff McCoy is genuine, honest, and easy to talk to, and you can tell he truly cares about the people he works with. He takes pride in doing things the right way, and is evident in his approach and the quality of his work. It’s rare to find someone who brings both such a high level of professionalism and an authentic kind of character to the process. I wholeheartedly recommend Jeff and McCoy Custom Homes!
