Donr buy here If there was a zero star rating, this place would undoubtedly get it. The management here is all about making a profit. BEWARE--THEY WILL TRY EVERY TRICK IN THE BOOK TO KEEP YOUR MONEY AND NOT TAKE A RETURN. The workers in the yard are overworked and under a lot of stress. First time I came here one was bleeding on his arm from pulling some part. When he came to deliver the part to the front desk the manager told him to hurry up next time. I should have never come back....and now I certainly won't

Excellent Service Now, I don't know much about cars and auto parts but, the service I had at McCoy Auto Parts was outstanding! They helped me find the right parts for my car. They have excellent experience, friendly environment, very helpful, they understand your needs. They make sure you have the correct part for your vehicle. Not only is their service excellent, but the price was reasonable. I definitely recommend McCoy Auto Parts!
Customer Satisfaction: Not at McCoys This was by far the worst service that I have ever received in my LIFE. Similar to the other comment, they have had my car since March. After getting a quote ($2200 for everything), I decided to give them my business (3/22/12) and was told that it would only take a week. I gave him $1100.00 in cash and was going to give him the rest when done. When it was time to get my car I was told that it would take another week and another week etc..
