The staff are very friendly and accommodating. It's a really nice place for my uncle to enjoy the rest of his life and close enough for my elderly mom to visit him by bus or taxi. We appreciate all that they have done. Cost-wise it was the best of affordability and comfort to suit my uncle's and family's needs.

What a great activity department! From activation coordinator, assistants, to students, there’s an awareness that senior’s communities are diverse, in both needs and wants. You create an atmosphere where residents can leave their worries behind, and enjoy the day!

I want to take a moment to truly celebrate the incredible work of Mary, Hazel, and Audrey at McCowan Retirement Residence. Their energy, compassion, and dedication were instrumental in creating an unforgettable virtual tourism experience for the residents. What stood out most is that for them, this is so much more than a job. You could see how genuinely happy they were for each resident as they travelled the world virtually!
