My husband was in a Long Island state veterans home for many years . Over the past 5?years or more they have given my husband a few months to live . We were very lucky that he lasted longer . Our experience with McCourt & Trudden Funeral Home was truly exceptional. Michael, the director, was incredibly easy to work with during such a difficult time. Since we live out of state, they went above and beyond to coordinate the transfer of my father-in-law from Georgia to New York, handling everything—from arranging the flight to working seamlessly with another funeral home in Georgia to ensure he was brought into their care safely.
