Would not use this company. Brian said after meeting I’ll get this started a week from now. 3 weeks later he returns my call and I ask have you received any information , my emails etc. if not I need to find someone else to help. His pathetic response is, “ yes, find someone else to file your business and personal taxes”. Pathetic service and a waste of my time.

I read the other one start review and it is so hard to believe. Mike has been doing my taxes for 5 years and they are fairly complicated and he has always been there for me. I would love to know the bottom details of this but it is hard for me to see Mike doing a poor job because of his extensive knowledge. He does so many restaurants and real estate investment books, that something mentioned in the other view seems simple comparatively.

Soooo lame. Let's count the ways. 1) Was completely unable to assist with identifying itemized details (which was the #1 reason why we contacted a cpa) 2) Didn't submit all documentation to KS 3) KS had to adjust refund because it was not filed accurately 4) Was informed that first quarter estimated taxes would be paid and not due. INCORRECT. 5) Was informed of amount of refund after accounting for Injured spouse, which was $1300 less than anticipated. If I could rate lower than one star, I would.
