Can you please tell your employees to keep their business cards off people's private property, I.e their cars, because nobody is interested in their business. That is extremely rude especially when the card gets rained on and then sticks to the window causing damage. I would never go to this office solely because you have somebody there who is selfish promoting their business by leaving their cards on my private property.
Dr. McCosh is great but we have had numerous issues with her billing department. It's not worth going to a great dentist if her billing department makes errors resulting in unexpected costs. We have received bills for things in error which luckily I checked before paying. Other times, we had them verify with the insurance before a procedure then we get a bill for over $800 because they made an error and the staff says "sorry, we should have checked that so we can cover a portion of the cost" and we are still stuck paying ove... read more
Best dentist l ever went to awesome person and her whole staff is excellent
I highly recommend Dr. McCosh and all her assistance ,including the front desk girls they are amazing, I have avoided going to the dentist Because I've always had bad luck, well it all changed when I walked into her office, not only is everybody friendly but the doctor is such a professional she will explain everything she's going to do and she's very patient with those including myself that are afraid of pain and Dentist . If it wasn't for Dr. McCosh's patients ,she made me feel so comfortable it's totally changed my attitu... read more
