Needed the engine governing control set properly. What was Actually done was disabling the front lights, replacing the fuel and air filters unnecessarily and not much else to help it's performance. I, myself, spent several hours evaluating how the governor works and got it working very well. Thanks for charging mother over $300 for new air filer and fuel filter. Good job (not).
