We used to love this restaurant. But two bad experiences in a row and we're calling it quits. First, they sat us at a table and then came back and told us we had to move because there was going to be a party using that table. Later, food came out cold, so we sent it back to come out hot. Overall bad service, poor quality food, not good management. Stay away. We can't recommend this restaurant anymore.
We came in for our 6:30 reservations at 6 :15 and was told we didn't have any, I already sensed that this was not the place I should've made my Friday night dinner plans with my family.They finally sat us into a table for eight in a semi private room,after the two surprised hostesses found the reservations I made.Anchonette our server came by and gave us water and ask if we w.ant anything to drink. Only thing that was enjoyable was the oysters. My cocktail was not good.
One of my all time favorite restaurants. Any menu item I have EVER ordered does NOT disappoint. Was a favorite place to hang with co-workers when I was single, have Birthday dinners, graduation dinners, romantic dinners and now as a busy mom-a quiet dinner alone is a welcomed respite!!!!
We were so disappointed that the calamari at happy hour was 80 percent fried banana peppers and then tentacles only. There was also fish included that was not calamari. This should be indicated on the menu as its false advertising. Who makes shrimp tacos with breaded shrimp? Another disappointment. Sangria was all ice and no drink. Service was good.
This is McCormick and Schmicks Seafood in Roseville, CA. At the Fountains...i was a Cook there opened it was there for 2 yrs.. Great establishment.. I learned a lot from Chef Ray W. And Chef Becky J.
My brother Gary was a former server at M & S who recently passed away. The staff threw us a reception - wonderful food - and absolutely phonomenal staff. Love M & S and their culture. Will drop by whenever I'm in the area. Incredible establishment. Thanks again.
Food was okay. Service was not the best. We were put in a place nobody else was sitting. Server forgot about us. Would we go back. Heck NO!
