hello, can someone help me? – I sat down at the bar and waited ten minutes before anyone noticed I was there. I ordered. a drink and dinner. fifteen minutes later, my food shows up and my bartender then realizes, oh, I had ordered a drink, too. Unconcerned, she carried on with her socializing as I have observed her doing from the moment I sat down trying to get her attention. For the first time ever, I wanted to just walk out. The moral of this story: Just don't walk in!
Crab Cakes, Quesadillas and Cake - Oh My – My father and I recently dined at McCormick and Schmick's to mixed feelings. Very Disappointing – I have eaten at M&S in LA and SF and know what to expect. However, on to different occasions I have been very disappointed with them. Just this past Tuesday (06/25) I had drinks at the bar and dinner outside in the cafe. The bartender(s) weren't very busy and the 4 of us had to ask for a drink after sittting there for 15 minutes; the hostess that sat us a terrible attitude and the waitress tried to be nice but was inexperienced. 2 Words - Happy Hour – Let me preface this by saying that Ive never been here for dinner (at this location). But, the Happy Hour is the best gig in town. If you hit this place right after work you get to enjoy an extensive menu with almost every item priced in the $3-$5 range. So, you can easily have a few drinks and eat dinner at a very reasonable price. Its not very crowded and if youre with friends its always a good time.
