Recently took my 2015 Jeep wrangler in for resistance in my steering. Todd got me in immediately and then informed me I would need a power steering pump. They needed to keep it for a few days so I was given a loaner. Brad Pionk, Service Technician then worked on my Jeep in between appointments, already made by other customers. Recently I had my car at Bayshore to have 4 new tires installed and had a very positive experience. I called about 3 pm to find out how much longer before my car would be ready. I spoke with Francine who was most helpful. She checked and said they were still working on it and would call me back when she knew more. Within a half hour she called me back and said that a sensor was broken and had to be fixed or replaced(not sure which) and they were waiting for it to be reprogrammed. To make a long story short. I have had multiple issues with my vehicle. Every time I have taken it to Joe Riccos, the guys there have treated me with respect and went above and beyond to fix my vehicle and made sure I had a way to get back and forth to work. Brad and Todd have done a wonderful job taking care of me as a customer and my vehicle. I will continue to take my vehicle to these guys. Thank you so much for all you guys have done
I've had great help from Todd at Joe Ricci Bayshore in Pigeon. We have three kids in college and Todd has helped us navigate several car repairs quickly and fairly.
