I brought my boat to him beginning of March 2025. He said my engine was seized and I would need a new engine, but good news, He is a certified jasper engine mechanic. He quoted me different repairs, and I went for a new jasper engine. He charged me 9000 for a new engine, and 3600 for parts. He never ended up ordering the engine, and never ordered the parts. Amazing!! I called on a Sunday, and I was really just trying to leave a msg to get my boat scheduled for maintenance. Kris called me right back and asked how he could help. I explained the issue with my throttle, and he said, "It sounds like a simple fix." im here now, so bring it in. This was late on a Sunday, i jumped in my truck and drove the 45 minutes to his shop. I refer Him with complete confidence! I have had him Take care of everything from my Trailer, to Outboard maintenance, tune ups and upgrades! He did a fabulous job installing my Trim Tabs, and Lowrance system. He is great to deal with and his prices are more than reasonable! He is my "I Gotta Guy" man. He should be yours too!

Best service I've ever gotten on a boat! Not only did Kris stop what he was doing when I showed up with my boat to take a few minutes to look at a problem I had with a trim motor he saved me over $500 by using parts he had and not having to order something brand new. He had it ready the next day! He also took the time to make me an extra battery cable and showed me how I can do the basic hundred hour maintenance myself and best place to buy the parts! No doubt he's my mechanic going forward!!

Was having issues with my outboard motor and suspected water in the fuel. Kris was able to diagnose the issue and had my boat repaired and ready for the water in just a matter of days! His price was also a lot cheaper than everyone else I reached out to. I highly recommend Mccormick Marine Services and will be using them if any other future issues arise!
