Horrible experience. I hired them September of 2025, signed the paperwork, and nothing has been filed on the case. The only thing they’ve done is get the money from the truck insurance and are holding it in a trust in Texas (we’re in OK) and we haven’t seen a dime. The wrongful death hasn’t been filed, and the probate case hasn’t been started either. I have reached out MULTIPLE times and received no response.
