Jay talks the talk, but he certainly doesn’t walk the walk. Pond people are difficult to find in this area, but if you call Jay, be warned!
Paid a high amount of money for a pond installation and now can't get this company to come out and maintain the pond. They just caused me to lose my very large goldfish I've had over eight years. A horrible company! Stay away from them!
Came out and cleaned pond. After cleaning, the pond empties of water over a two day period. This wasn't happening before. Called and texted pictures and was informed by Mr. McCormick not to add water to pond, and he would come back to look at it. He never returned, nor has he responded to my text. We just purchased this house one month ago, and frequented the property a month before that. No problems were noted with the pond retaining water, until he started servicing it.
