Update: as if this wasnt enough .....I get a bill, three years after moving out for the amount they originally tried to get me to pay 687.00 and then wrote it off after I disputed the charges. Do Not Ever rent for this company! three weeks after receiving my final move out bill with a 695.00 painting charge, three unanswered phone calls, several emails, I filled complaints with the state attorney general's office and the better business bureau they finally took the charges off. now they are threatening to sue me for my hones... read more
I had a really good time renting from these folks. Maintenance was responsive and helpful. They worked with me to make sure i got the apartment i wanted.
Easy application & move in process . Both Gigi and Rebecca were extremely responsive . Have had a great experience so far .
This place has been so wonderful to me. I moved all the way across the country and my lease agent, Gigi, walked me through all the processes. The apartments are fresh, clean, and spacious. What should have been the most stressful part of moving was actually the easiest, thanks to Gigi and the staff at McCormick! Thank you, Gigi!
