I strongly regret moving to Timberage Apartments. Living here has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. The property often feels neglected, and getting maintenance issues addressed can be a slow, drawn-out process. Problems that should be simple fixes seem to sit unresolved, which makes it feel like residents’ concerns aren’t a priority. The condition of the grounds is another major problem. I for one have lived here for a very long time longer then I had ever planned I have seen this place when it was clear in the gutter it wasn’t safe for us adults to go outside at night let alone our children outside during the day we have had more managers then anyone could ever imagine we have had managers that used to take drugs as payment for rent we have had managers that used to pocket our rent money and swear we never paid we have had managers that used to have the tenants steal stuff from Walmart as a form of rent and... read more
I think that this is the best version of the apartments I had been around them visiting for years and the new management cares more for the kids living there than druggies as far I I know I haven't heard of any dirty needles being found on property the kids couldn't safely play on the playground before because of it
Most of the people there like to judge a book by it's cover, they won't even give you a chance. Plus if they don't like you they will do everything they can even lie to try and get you evicted. The manager has her favorites that she will pay their bills for them out of her own pocket, and then the ones she doesn't like she'll serve them with an eviction notice and put them out. It's a very horrible place to live.
