Very nice homes. Large two story floorplans with mostly short driveways and close in distance between neighboring structures. Be sure to check the back & side yard fencing due to tall gaps at ground level and at lot elevation changes. This will not prevent your small pets from escaping or others from entering. Landscaping is acceptable but small yards, front and back. (You may be able to see or hear the freeway, but when inside, good sound insulation.)
