I'm truly shocked that this apartment building has anything above 1 star reviews. I've been living here since March '25 and since move-in it's been a terrible experience. Prior to move-in I was not informed that a roommate had a cat, which is important to be disclosed in case of allergies. At move-in my room was uncleaned and the private bathrooms shower was completely broken and unusable. The manager said he'd clean it while I was in the process of moving in, but he was not helpful. Great living experience, the apartment looks modern, and the furniture is cool. Close to IIT campus and downtown!

The management at the beginning was nonexistent, in the past couple of months the management has stepped up and the places are better regulated. They also reply in a timel manner and are reasonable with their responses to situations. Plenty of events to make newcomers to chicago welcome and make friends within the small community of people that live here. Highly recommend people to live in these buildings if they are looking for good management and to find their friendly community.
