Extremely disappointed in their service and attitude. We brought a vehicle there to look at a problem. That was the first issue, we should have merely gone to auto zone, where we would have got the original diagnosis that they gave us for free and not have paid $135+ for them to tell us you may or may not have an alternator problem, and you may want to replace the batteries. Incredibly knowledgeable, understanding and helpful staff at all levels. They are outstanding professionals who stand by their work. In one particular case they went above and beyond to make sure they fixed an oil leak correctly for me, but they've done much more than that. I can't say enough good things about my experiences with them.
These folks are absolutely the best in town. Not only are the folks at the front counter friendly, they are always professional when explaining exactly what is wrong with my vehicle and what it will take to rectify the situation.They are upfront, honest and reasonable about the costs involved. Staff friendly and knowledgeable.
McCormick treated us great! They didn't try to talk us into unnecessary repairs, and were *extremely* patient when we couldn't pick up the car right away. They are AAA approved, as well. I would recommend them to anyone looking for auto care in Ft. Collins.
