Just… yikes. I would never want to work with health care professionals that treat patients this way. I had to go weeks without necessary medication on multiple occasions and now this practice is refusing to release my records to me (which I’m pretty sure is not legal). I was also constantly pestered for trying to publish an honest review. Please look elsewhere for medication management.
I am so grateful to Christine Hanna-Ronald for the support she provided during my struggle with postpartum anxiety. They offer outstanding service. They responded quickly and have a wide range of providers who genuinely care about individuals rather than just focusing on their diagnoses. They do close for holidays, but they provide ample notice beforehand. If you’re looking for compassionate mental health care, I highly recommend checking them out!
I love Caren as she is so knowledgeable and kind, really cares about the whole person.
I’ve been seeing nurses at this establishment for years and have always been taken care of accordingly. The staff is kind and easy to talk with. I’m fairing much better mentally now thanks to the consideration and support from my nurse. It’s such a relief knowing my feelings and thoughts are valid and that I’m not crazy.
