I was a patient for over a decade here. This is the most greedy and comically inept practice in the state of Delaware. It is a miracle they are still allowed to operate.Do not expect anyone to answer your calls, respond to your voicemails, or extend anything resembling concern. There is no patient portal, no email, and no reliable way to reach them. There is not even a faint illusion that they care about patient well-being. Saw my new provider at this practice today. Felt comfortable right away and appreciated that she really took the time to understand my background! I did not feel rushed in the appointment and am looking forward to working with my provider to get back to feeling better. Jeremy at the front was very friendly and I appreciated him returning my phone calls to become a patient. Would definitely recommend this practice!

Hannah was my provider. She told me I was on a different dose of medication that I was on AND that i was NEVER on the dose I had been taking for the past 5 years. Theres no signal AT ALL in that office so I couldn't even bring up my Walgreens app to show her that I had been prescribed that dose multiple times over the last five years. She had me on a third of the dose..
