Maureen was a joy to work with- I truly will miss talking to her. She is calm, knowledgeable, and patient. She advocates for her clients and you can tell she cares deeply about what she does and her clients. She’s a get it done kinda women that does not put up with nonsense. Kolby represented my ex, she would not file a release with the courts claiming I paid her client child support even though I had signed releases by her client. Had to get the judge involved to clear it up. Offered her client a reasonable offer she turned it down asking for ridiculous, far reaching, out of this world demands and judge eventually saw through her false claims. Sophie Wanek was the opposing attorney in my court case and she falsely accused me of recording the hearing, which is a serious accusation. Her conduct not only undermined the judicial process but also raised significant concerns about her professionalism and ethics. If you’re looking for an attorney, you might want to explore other options in the Des Moines area.

This firm lacks integrity, professionalism, and honesty. They allow their clients to lie on stand, submit filings with information they know is false, and delete reviews often that do not recommend their business. If you are looking for a firm with integrity and honesty and will uphold the code of ethics, absolutely go elsewhere and do not waste your money on them.
