Everyone is very sweet in person. However, whoever was answering the phones today was incredibly rude. I got a voicemail about scheduling my fitting for my night guard so I called back to get it scheduled. The lady was rude and very short with me when I was just asking about a couple days they had available. The second I said okay to a date she hung up the phone on me without even asking if there was anything else I needed. If you don’t have good customer service skills you shouldn’t be working in a customer service job.
Kind, smart and talented group
The staff at McCormack Dental is amazing! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Heron is our dentist and she was so helpful with some difficult decisions. Highly recommend!
