Kind staff from when you walk in to when you’re seen by your primary dentist. Scheduling made easy with text reminders. Any issues I’ve had, as far as payment and scheduling appointments, were pretty easily solved especially if you’re in the office. Would give 5 stars if when I call, I was connected to the office rather than outside caller. Dunno if their call center is outsourced or just outside the office. This was the only point of friction I’ve had.
I have been waiting for a response from my appointment 2 months ago every time I call the office is closed I went to help with my toothache and all the happened was a lot of X-rays and now my toothache is unbearable Beware::::::: I went back for a second time for them again not to address my toothache and now they need approval from my insurance for two months I’m confused my insurance never received anything from them but I can pay over 700 to have it done so I found a different place that already got approval from my insur... read more
