Dropped my truck off to have a transmission I purchased from mad dog in Atlanta put in. Lasted a month and “big t” said that the transmission was no good and he could build me one and give me a warranty. That transmission lasted 2 months I called and he told me he didn’t have anyone to pull the transmission so I was screwed for a second time.
The owner is professional, friendly and pleasant to interact with so I’m regretful to post a negative review but ultimately the end result was that I still have a vehicle that I cannot sell and now I have to pay to find a transmission that I can depend on. Working with this business cost me several weeks of downtime and the money I paid for a rebuild that failed then took longer than promised for the warranty work.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE I HAD A TRANSMISSION REBUILT AND A DAY LATER IT WAS BROKEN AGAIN i called “big t” and he said bring it back by and we will fix it I asked him how long it would take he said a week I FINALLY GOT MY TRUCK BACK AFTER 2 AND A HALF WEEKS AND WHAT DO YA KNOW BROKEN AGAIN LEAKING TRANS FLUID ALL OVER THE PLACE.
