We ordered flooring from McCools flooring to match an existing floor. Understandly, it was back ordered. No big deal. We planned installation when it came in, the flooring arrived at the estimated time period. The installer called us with a time he would arrive. He picked up the flooring and arrived when he said he would be here. He worked hard to get the flooring down. It looked great.
