My husband and I just had both our wedding ceremony and reception here and we could not be happier! Jan and her staff were so accommodating and easy to work with - everything turned out perfectly. I highly recommend this venue!
The venue itself was a perfect size! The food was phenomenal and Tori the bartender was so kind and helpful. However, the rest of the staff was irritated and short with us. One of the girls wouldn’t even respond to anything you’d say, no smile, no you’re welcome. She seemed absolutely miserable. We were paying thousands for this bridal shower and the women hosting were all beyond polite to the staff, but the staff do not return the favor. The table cloths had lots of stains on them. We had our wedding at McCooles Arts & Events Center in 2025 and we had such a wonderful time. Jan and her team were awesome. We rented both spaces which easily accommodated our 55 guests and DJ. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was so warm and relaxing. Thank you Jan for all you did for us. We will definitely recommend your facility to anyone who is looking for a space to host a bridal party, wedding, birthday party etc… Brad & Kelly
We were there for a banquet-style family dinner. Food and service were very good, but I had the persistent feeling the staff was trying to hurry us along.
My first time there. It was a luncheon. Some items were served, and the rest was a buffet. Food was very good as well as the service. Would recommend!
